Bill 168 Workplace Violence / Harassment Investigations and Risk Assessments

In accordance with Bill C-168, organizations are responsible to address and investigate all complaints of sexual harassment and workplace violence. Additionally, the completion of risk assessments and effective policy development are required by legislation.
